For more than 25 years, The Summerlin Council and Summerlin Community Management have been dedicated to making our community an exceptional place to live and recreate. Parks and common areas are professionally maintained through universally accepted landscape management products to control growth and pests. Treatments are applied exclusively by licensed landscape contractors who must meet or exceed all federal and state regulations and manufacturers’ specifications when selecting and applying landscape management products.

Turf Conversion In Progress at Gardens Park
In compliance with AB 356 and in support of water conservation efforts, turf areas around the perimeter of Gardens Park are being converted to sustainable, water-wise landscaping that will benefit our community and environment for years to come. The project is estimated to be complete in 6-8 weeks. Please be advised that some areas of the park may be inaccessible while the work is in progress.
